About Us

Alex's Comfort Shoes was founded by Alex Rudan. In 1984 Alex completed his Masters of Education in Ukraine for Shoe making, and Orthotics. When Alex and his family moved to The United States in 1991, Alex's dream was to open his own comfort shoe store one day and help the community with his expertise. Through the struggle of immigrating to a new country, Alex's dream had to wait.

1997


Alex started working in his field at a local comfort shoe store. He was finally able to use his talents and passions to help those with moderate to extreme foot deformities.

1998

Alex's family supported his dreams from the very beginning. His son loves to visit him at work still to this day!

2000

Alex finally opened his very own Comfort Shoe Store.

Alex's Comfort Shoes is family owned, serving the community, veterans, and now online.
